Rich De Luca (President)

For the past 20 years, Rich De Luca has increased the growth and bottom line profits for every company he has been associated with. His successful and effective sales, marketing, and advertising strategies are well documented.

As Executive Vice President at ARAMARK UNIFORM SERVICES, Rich grew the start-up operations of ARAMARK’S Norwell, Massachusetts Strategic Accounts division from $3 million to $52 million in three years.

As National Sales Manager for VAN DE KAMP’S frozen foods, Rich successfully launched two new products that accounted for 20% of VAN DE KAMP’S total revenue. As Regional Sales Manager for R.J.R FOODS, Rich had the largest increase over and above the projected launch for their new Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix line.

Rich is a graduate of Hofstra University with a B.B.A in Marketing and Management. He served as a First Lieutenant in the US Army Artillery, commanding a combat battery of 110 officers and enlisted men.

In addition to running Strategic Account Consulting, Rich has also served as executive vice president of the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundations’ Board of Directors and is currently on the Board of Directors for Actron Manufacturing Inc., a privately held manufacturer of aerospace hardware.
